Parloa announced an alliance and reseller agreement with Deloitte Canada on November 4, 2026, in a release distributed by PR Newswire. Deloitte Canada can bring Parloa’s AI Agent Management Platform to clients modernizing contact centers and customer-service operations across voice and digital channels.
Parloa’s platform is designed to build, optimize and manage AI agents across the customer lifecycle. The alliance adds Deloitte Canada’s contact-center strategy, systems-integration and change-management capabilities. That combination is directed at organizations dealing with rising customer expectations and service volumes, alongside pressure to personalize service and reduce costs.
The Canada-specific agreement extends an existing relationship. Parloa and Deloitte announced a strategic partnership with an October 20, 2025 dateline, combining Parloa’s platform with Deloitte’s transformation and AI-implementation expertise. The new development is the Canadian alliance and reseller arrangement, including the delivery services outlined for Deloitte Canada, rather than the beginning of the companies’ work together.
Deloitte Canada’s planned work spans the deployment cycle. It includes modernization roadmaps and business cases, conversational-AI and virtual-agent design, agentic-AI implementation and governance, and integration with existing customer-service platforms and enterprise systems. Change management, operating-model transformation, ongoing optimization and managed services extend the role beyond initial installation.
