FOX Nation Announces All-AI Houdini Docuseries for October 2026 Debut

FOX Nation will premiere Houdini: Back from the Dead, a three-part series, on October 14, 2026, the platform announced on October 8, 2026. The company describes the project as the streaming service’s first full-length, multi-episode production to rely entirely on AI-generated imagery. Platform president Lauren Petterson announced the series in a company release that arrived with a trailer. “FOX Nation is breaking new creative ground by using emerging technology to bring one of history’s most fascinating figures to life for a modern audience,” Petterson said.

She called it a new form of historical storytelling that lets viewers experience Houdini’s life in his own words while staying grounded in extensive research and historical accuracy. The series premieres ahead of Halloween and the 100th anniversary of Houdini’s death on October 31, 1926. It imagines the magician returning from the dead to narrate his own story, stepping onto the set of a modern documentary interview to answer questions about his life, career, relationships, and greatest acts.
